Harlow Cuadra Appealing Murder Conviction!

Just when you thought it was safe to forget about Harlow Cuadra, think again!

In court papers filed yesterday, Cuadra, through his attorney Paul Walker, is appealing his murder conviction which ultimately got him a life sentence.

Why?

Cuadra is claiming the trial court, or judge, messed up when it denied a motion to suppress recorded statements and conversations at Crabcatcher’s Restaurant in La Hoya, Calif., in April 2007 and recorded statements and conversations at Black Beach, San Diego, Calif., in April 2007.

Why? Because you admitted to murdering Kocis on both occasions, Harlow?

He even claims evidence seized from his Virginia home, including details about his email accounts (through which he sent Bryan Kocis bogus emails under an alias), should've also been suppressed.

But, it gets even better.

The court documents go on to say that "gruesome photographs" of Kocis' body, which were shown to the jury, "served no purpose."

Are you fucking kidding me?!

I could sit here and write a monologue about this, but: in a nutshell, he says all the evidence that was used to CONVICT him shouldn't have been admitted!

What a fucking joke!

I guarantee you the Pennsylvannia state Superior Court is going to reject this appeal so fast he won't even have a chance to grasp onto a glimmer of hope!

Instead of trying to overturn your conviction, sweet pea, maybe you should focus on being the best gutter bitch you can be!

The nerve of him! Give me a break!
