Appeal Date Set for Simpson

Remember that smug smile back in 1995 after O.J. Simpson was acquitted of killing his then wife, Nicole Brown?

Well, even though you can't see it, I'm sure Simspon is smiling ear to ear behind bars.

Yesterday, it was reported that the state Supreme Court of Nevada would hear oral arguments on August 3, 2009, as to why Simpson should be set free on bond while he appeals his conviction in connection with a hotel room robbery.

A three member panel will hear 30 minutes of arguments for both sides (Simpson's lawyers and state prosecutors) before they make their decision.

Will O.J. get out and prove that there is no justice in the legal system?
