Technical Customer Service - PT Blackwoods Indonesia
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for provide customer support by responding to customer service inquiries and requests and liaising with the Australian business to facilitate product alternative from within the organization.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferably in an Engineering or related field; workshop experience is a plus to ensure comprehensive understanding of maintenance & repair operations on mining, oil & gas facilities or similar type of plant/equipment operations.
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Mining, Oil & Gas, Service and Supplier Company at in the same role or relevant
A good understanding of a wide variety of repair, maintenance and safety products and related workplace equipment is essential.
Customer focus and strong motivation to support customer
Self-starter, motivated, team focused and results driven
Strong presentation, project management and time management skills
Demonstrated respect, ethics and reputation as key values
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills: able to present technical concepts; provide customer with hands-on technique our products
Please note that this role is a under minimum supervisory position & will provide high level technical advisor of the whole customer enquiries. As such, we require someone with a very solid track record of commerciality.
